If you remember your credentials, log in using your email or username and password

I do not remember my username

If you do not remember your username, Go to GCpedia sign in page, scroll down to the bottom of the page, enter your current email address that is associated with your account and the system will find it for you and insert it in the username field. 

How do I change my GCpedia password because I do not remember my password?

If you know your username but you do not know your password, click on Forgot password at the lower 

part of the part of the page

Reset Password

On Reset Password page, fill out the field username, email and click Reset password. An email will be sent to the email you have in your account. 

Username is case sensitive

Example: 

Username: Alex.Smith

Email: alex.smith@tbs-sct.gc.ca

Return to main page or Log in page. 

After clicking on reset password, click on return to main page or go to home page and click on log in (top right corner).

Change password

Copy and paste the username and temporary password provided in the email on Change password page, type your new password then Retype new password, finally click on Set password and log in. 

I no longer have access to the email linked to my GCpedia account.

Go to GCpedia home page, click on Help on the left panel and submit request to support help desk to get your account updated with your current department email address. 

I do not know or remember both my password and username
